NBN Connection Charge:

In some cases, a new NBN lines may have to be installed. In such cases a $300 NBN connection fee will be charged to the customers one off.

  Late Payment Fee:

$15 one off late payment fee is applied if payments are not made by due date.

  Paper Bill fee:

There is no charge for email billing, but for a paper bill a fee of $2.50 is applied.

  Non-Direct Debit Fee:

$2.50 non-direct debit fee is applies for payment made by any other mode.

  Installation Charges NBN:

Our preconfigure modem are self-install modem and plug and play, but if customer wants a professional install, then $149 professional installation fee is applicable.

  Phone System Installation:

Our phone systems prices are inclusive of installation, and we don’t charge separately for the phone system installation.

  Replacement Sim :

Every replacement Sim card is provided at a nominal $5 charge.
